Peter Kingston Fulford was born in Warwick on Q4 1921. His parents were Harry (1890 – 1950) and Hilda Fulford nee Ashmore (1889 – 1968) who lived at 60 Cornmarket for several years.
Peter was an only child but he was not living with his parents at the time of the 1939 Register. The Register shows that Peter’s father was working as a ‘motor engine fitter’ and his mother was working as a ‘waitress at the Woolpack Hotel.’ The Woolpack was directly opposite the house in Cornmarket but is now converted into apartments.
Peter left his estate of £261 0s 3d to his mother Hilda.
Harry died in 1950, was living at 34 Cherry Street, Warwick at the time of his death. He is buried in Warwick Cemetery. Hilda died in 1968 in Northamptonshire.
